Coach Fiona has been a health educator for nearly 20 years, helping people lose weight, become more active, and achieve their health and wellness goals. She is a former competitive cyclist, with over two decades of experience in endurance sport training and nutrition. She has a B.S. in kinesiology and is an ACSM certified exercise physiologist.
