Each spring and fall, the Digital Health Awards holds a competition to recognize high-quality digital health resources for consumers and health professionals. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) in the Workplace
This DEI&B whitepaper revealed our findings from an independent research study that highlighted the discrepancies and disconnects between what employers publicly support and commit to, and how DEI&B plays out in the workplace. In it, we illuminate how diversity, equity and inclusion and belonging are intrinsically linked to the strength and vibrancy of workplace, and share suggestions for the kinds of changes employers can implement to ensure that DEI&B delivers on its goals and promises.
